ED, LVG Triage officer does not care for your health or safety. I was told by them after telling them I have had issues for 20 straight after my procedure that I have a telehealth appointment in 30 days or just go to the ER if its too bad and then do their job for them and tell them how to obtain your medical records or bring them your medical records after your discharged so they can schedule you for an appointment to discuss the out come. Uh, NO! By then I will have seen and spoken to a DR willing to see me and handle my issue, instead of passing the buck and sending me to someone else. I will be finding a facility that will care about the well being of their patients, instead of asking us to handle our own care and just wants to schedule a billable phone call to "discuss" the outcome of someone else's work.

I like the doctor what I just don’t understand is why did I need to pay $40 co-pay for a 5min phone call to learn how to prepare for the exame when that could’ve just been sent to me to read.

Doctor was patient with me and asked a lot of questions re my problem was having with my stomach and prescribed further Tesoro. I had a lab test done and I have a pending mri or cray schedule for June 26

The waiting area was very full the day I went but they moved people right along. Mr Lapasaran listened to my issues and came up with a plan of action. I was pleased with my appointment.

I met Dr. Cremonini in a televisit after excellent check-in and registration procedures with staff as I am a new patient. Dr. Cremonini had reviewed my preliminary info and discussed my symptoms and possible treatment plans. I felt I was listened to, understood, and I agreed with the suggestion for one test to further assess my situation. I felt I was in extremely knowledgeable and capable hands with a physician who cared about my well-being and is very likely to "fix" my problem. I am optimistic about my future care with Dr. Cremonini.
