Dr. Lapasaran is outstanding. I have had stomach issues for many years. I have seen many doctors and had many emergency room visits. Dr. Lapasaran was the first to listen to me and comprehensively assess my symptoms. He spent time understanding me as a person, my background, and my genetics in order to properly treat me. He was the first to diagnose me and continues to care for my long-term health goals. I would highly recommend Dr. Lapasaran.

I don’t like they don’t answer the phone when you need something. The MA was good. The Nurse was good too very nice . The front desk it’s bad . She it’s not friendly. I work in a Drs office and yes patients can be hard at times . The first impression of her was like I don’t care much . Second appointment, I was informed over the phone I had a copayment. When I finished. She never said anything . I approached and told her they said I had a copayment. She proceed to charge me . No need to be extremely friendly,but sometimes a little customer service it’s needed

Thorough and detailed explanation of procedures results be it pre or post op. Seems to genuinely care for patients and willing to listen at the same time. Medical staff was fantastic overall.

Dr Cremonini was very comforting and put me at ease with my procedure. That was important for me. He is skillful as well as a wonderful bedside manner. My husband and I both go to his practice and we are more than happy with him and his staff.

Dr. Cremonini is the first doctor in a long time that had great bedside manner and was very kind to me. I felt that he actually listened to my concerns and did not make me panic further after reviewing with me his thoughts and recommendations. I would recommend Dr. Cremonini's services to anyone who is in need of a GI specialist.
