From the time you walk in they are so professional and quick to get you in and back home. When we walked in we were greeted and she had all our paper work ready to go. The nurse John came and got me and was absolutely fantastic , he explained everything from start to finish . As he was prepping me for the procedure , he explained what he was doing and why. Very calming voice and reassured not to be nervous or scared. Doctor Noel came in and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. I want to send a BIG thank you to Doctor Noel and his entire staff for their professionalism and knowledge no matter what position they were. Sincerely spreading the WORD.

I highly recommend this Doctor and all of his employees. From the time you walk through the door they make it so easy for you. Secretary has the paper work all ready for you on a board and has it all marked where to sign and where to initial . John the nurse came and got me and was wonderful , he was so calming and reassuring that it's very simple procedure and how long it would take and that I would be breathing on my own. Every step of the way no matter what nurse was there they were explaining in detail what they were doing. The Doctor came in and introduced himself and explained the procedure .

Our telephonic appointment took place at the time it was scheduled whereas with other doctors these phone calls have been up to 90 minutes late. He is very kind and caring & explains things throughly.

Dr. Lapasaran is outstanding. I have had stomach issues for many years. I have seen many doctors and had many emergency room visits. Dr. Lapasaran was the first to listen to me and comprehensively assess my symptoms. He spent time understanding me as a person, my background, and my genetics in order to properly treat me. He was the first to diagnose me and continues to care for my long-term health goals. I would highly recommend Dr. Lapasaran.

I don’t like they don’t answer the phone when you need something. The MA was good. The Nurse was good too very nice . The front desk it’s bad . She it’s not friendly. I work in a Drs office and yes patients can be hard at times . The first impression of her was like I don’t care much . Second appointment, I was informed over the phone I had a copayment. When I finished. She never said anything . I approached and told her they said I had a copayment. She proceed to charge me . No need to be extremely friendly,but sometimes a little customer service it’s needed

Thorough and detailed explanation of procedures results be it pre or post op. Seems to genuinely care for patients and willing to listen at the same time. Medical staff was fantastic overall.
